I'm not usually one for peppers, but I think I'm going to give this recipe a whirl this week!Michelle D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/02375671836554047402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-603081780805804694.post-59214677575759744462010-10-13T06:00:27.516-04:002010-10-13T06:00:27.516-04:00We always did the halves too... but the recipe cal...We always did the halves too... but the recipe called for you to stuff them whole. I enjoy both but think the pepper cooks better (if you don't like them a wee bit *crunchy* like I do). And I am with you 100%... I prefer the red or yellow WAY more than the green which occasionally can be bitter! And please... steal away and lemme know how it goes!!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06556104931632660784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-603081780805804694.post-74070730930668317452010-10-13T01:28:02.571-04:002010-10-13T01:28:02.571-04:00Yummy! Also, if someone (say the kidlets) isn't fond of the peppers you can either try red, yellow or orange peppers which aren't quite as strongly flavored or MEATBALLS out of the meat mixture. I am definitely steal... oops, using this recipe.Miahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16931382885051917610noreply@blogger.com
